e strategy 1 – Education Five-Series (5 E’s)
The strategy
description
The Education Five-Series Strategy is introduced as a method of research and thinking that motivates the
student to think. It consists of four phases: (initialization or attention attract, discovery, interpretation,
expansion, and assessment).
Role of the teacher
Lesson
The teacher divides class students into groups and asks each group to read the emails and cards on pp. 6 and
7. Each group is asked to specify the purpose of the email or card. Extract the most important details, phrases
and new words they do not know their meaning and try to search their meanings.
Role of the learner
Lesson Students get acquainted with the e-mail forms and cards that are mentioned in the lesson. They try to use the
new phrases they have learned from these e-mails and apply them in practice in a new e-mail.
The strategy Cooperative learning

description It is a strategy that works to develop team spirit among students of different abilities, improve social skills and
configure the right direction towards the subjects of study.
Role of the teacher
Lesson
The teacher should distribute consistent groups and ask each group to identify a manager, speaker, and time
control. The teacher distributes e-mail to groups. Specifies the time given to answer questions. By group
discussion, each group tries to find answers to the questions. Each group displays their answers while the rest
listen to them. Then the discussion opens to other groups
