أهداف كل وحدة من كتاب Mega Goal 1.3 هي:

الوحدة الأولى: Complaints, Complaints: تعلم الطلاب كيفية التعبير عن الشكاوى والاستماع إلى شكاوى الآخرين والرد عليها بطريقة مهذبة ومناسبة. كما تتناول الوحدة مفردات وقواعد متعلقة بالشكاوى.
